Task: For the past 4 years I have been continuously managing the e-commerce websites NanliteUS.com and the Spanish-language version: es.NanliteUS.com.

Role: I run all aspects of the site: product launches, daily maintenance, web copy, logistics, SEO, working cross-functionally with design, development, warehouse, and global teams to synchronize our efforts.

Results: Sales and revenue have increased 50% every year. The sites have risen to become the second highest-grossing sales channel for the brand in the USA, and continue to grow rapidly.

SportTracks Website Redesign

Task: Redesign the most important pages of the brand’s website. View them here: home, features, pricing, and signup.

Role: Strategy, concept, design, copywriting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Results: Immediate 50% increase in conversions, 35% increase in organic traffic over time.

Amazon Brand Store and A+ Content

I manage the Nanlite Amazon Brand Store and A+ content our product detail pages, working cross-functionally with the MAC Group in-house design team and Amazon team on continual updates.
